She recently accepted an internship with @hsbc as a Summer 2025 Corporate and Institutional Banking Intern! 🎉 We are thrilled that Hive has been a key part of Claire's career journey. Here's what she had to say:

"I'm excited to join HSBC as a Corporate and Institutional Banking Intern for Summer 2025! This year, she's graduating from @tulaneu and has landed a sweet full-time position at @accenture Federal Services as a Strategy and Consulting Analyst. 🍯 Here's what she had to say about her new role, navigating her career journey as a first-gen student, and how Hive has helped her along the way:

"It has been a dream to work in federal policy but was initiated by the world of government consulting, especially as a person who is underrepresented in this sector. Every experience I have had with an AFS team member has been so welcoming and focused on uplifting candidates and employees (which is hard to come by at their competitors)! I am so excited to be a part of a team committed to innovation and excellence for our federal clients. As a first-generation and low-income college student, it can feel like the job search is inherently designed to work against you, and that opportunities are made to be inaccessible as possible. "I am excited to be joining my new team because I have loved speaking to everyone on the team, and they are all very supportive. Also, I know I will be given many new opportunities to learn in GCM.
