This year, she's graduating from @tulaneu and has landed a sweet full-time position at @accenture Federal Services as a Strategy and Consulting Analyst. 🍯 Here's what she had to say about her new role, navigating her career journey as a first-gen student, and how Hive has helped her along the way:

"It has been a dream to work in federal policy but was initiated by the world of government consulting, especially as a person who is underrepresented in this sector. Every experience I have had with an AFS team member has been so welcoming and focused on uplifting candidates and employees (which is hard to come by at their competitors)! I am so excited to be a part of a team committed to innovation and excellence for our federal clients. As a first-generation and low-income college student, it can feel like the job search is inherently designed to work against you, and that opportunities are made to be inaccessible as possible. With hellohive, I have the opportunity to place myself in front of recruiters who otherwise may have overlooked my credentials because I am new to this sector!"

"I am excited to be joining my new team because I have loved speaking to everyone on the team, and they are all very supportive. Also, I know I will be given many new opportunities to learn in GCM.
