"I'm excited to join HSBC as a Corporate and Institutional Banking Intern for Summer 2025! "It has been a dream to work in federal policy but was initiated by the world of government consulting, especially as a person who is underrepresented in this sector. Every experience I have had with an AFS team member has been so welcoming and focused on uplifting candidates and employees (which is hard to come by at their competitors)! I am so excited to be a part of a team committed to innovation and excellence for our federal clients. As a first-generation and low-income college student, it can feel like the job search is inherently designed to work against you, and that opportunities are made to be inaccessible as possible.
